The Operator keeps all Customer deposits in segregated accounts, distinct from its own cash and company account. 4. PLAYING AT SUREBET

4.1 Limitations

4.2 Acknowledgment

4.3 Qualified Customers

Individuals who are currently employed or were employed by the Operator, its affiliates, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers, as well as their immediate family members, friends, and associates who were employed within the past three years, are not permitted to participate at Surebet.

4.4 Identification Records
